We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant with experience working in a pediatric and adult care setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and staff members. Responsibilities will include performing routine medical tasks, taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine medical tasks, including phlebotomy and administering injections.
  2. Take vital signs, document patient information, and maintain accurate medical records.
  3. Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, and provide instructions as directed by physicians or physician assistants.
  4. Assist with clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to messages, and maintaining organized systems for timely patient flow.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a family group practice or similar medical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
