  • Monitor the entrance and exit of personnel, including employees, contractors, and delivery drivers.
  • Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility to ensure safety and security.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Exhibit integrity and sound decision-making skills, especially in the absence of supervision.
  • Control and escalate issues to the appropriate authorities as needed.
  • Stay informed about emergency procedures and access control protocols.
  • Utilize access control systems and CCTV effectively.
  • Respond to incidents promptly and document events with accuracy.
  • Log incoming packages following established protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Stable work history with the ability to use computers and software applications.
  • Must possess a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or be willing to obtain one.
  • Completion of a 20-hour training certificate within the first month of employment is required.
  • All candidates must pass a pre-employment screening process, including a background check.

Desired Traits:

  • Mature demeanor with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to interact positively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Reliable transportation and a working phone are necessary for communication.
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull over 50 lbs.
  • Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to patrol the premises, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
