Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Campus Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition efforts, specifically focusing on campus recruitment strategies and operations. This role will involve collaboration with the Campus Recruitment team and Cherry Bekaert associates to ensure a top-tier experience for prospective recruits. You will build and maintain relationships with students, student organizations, university officials, faculty, department heads, and Career Services personnel at targeted institutions to achieve recruitment objectives and support our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client service professionals to share best practices and effective campus recruiting strategies tailored to their regions.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with students, student organizations, university officials, faculty, department heads, and Career Services to enhance the campus recruitment strategy and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Organize pre-identification and internship programs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract talented and diverse student candidates.
  • Manage logistics for on-campus activities at assigned institutions, including scheduling interviews, arranging receptions, career fairs, and presentations with key student organizations.
  • Assist with the logistics of the office visit process.
  • Facilitate the candidate offer decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with HR resources to ensure a smooth onboarding process for interns and entry-level candidates, providing high levels of candidate care from acceptance to employment commencement.
  • Work with the Campus team to engage prospective candidates and promote the Cherry Bekaert brand through various channels.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system, monitoring campus job postings and utilizing reporting tools to capture all recruiting activities.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and skills quickly.
  • Willingness to travel as required, including overnight trips during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work; results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary and evolving organization.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and Excel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
