Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Delegate tasks safely and efficiently, providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients with surgical and nonsurgical conditions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in patient care.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required to be maintained through re-training for duration of employment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.74 - $45.46, depending on previous work experience.
