Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Qunol and Zena Nutrition products, promoting their nutritional supplements at Costco.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Approaching and engaging with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
  • Presenting yourself and the company professionally while at Costco.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • A strong outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
  • Experience with direct sales.
  • Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

Estimated Salary: $25 per hour + bonus based on surpassing sale quotas. Average earnings range from $200-$300 per day, with top performers exceeding $300 per day.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will receive:

  • Bonus payouts based on sales performance.
  • W-2 Employment.
  • A promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities

Please note that this role requires:

  • Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Moderate lifting requirements (up to 30 pounds).
