About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our auto service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and feedback about vehicle repairs
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and maintain accurate records
  • Report any safety issues immediately to management and promote a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ASE Certification
  • Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
  • Previous electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience
