Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and services, including prescription dispensing and counseling.
  • Work effectively with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Stay up-to-date on new medications and treatment options, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
  • Maintain confidential patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • A Pharmacy license is also required by job entry date.
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program is preferred.
