• Separate and clean all wares used in the Cafe, adhering to proper handling procedures.
• Scrape all pans and pre-wash before washing, or wash by hand using prescribed amounts of soap and disinfectant.
• Operate a dish machine and pot-washing machines when trained to do so.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through clean plate/silver/glass wares.
• Maintain sanitizer levels on dish machine and pot sinks according to health standards.
• Keep utensil racks, dish storage areas, mop rooms, banquet areas, dish closets, and trash cans clean and organized.
• Air dry all wares before storing.
• Assist in maintaining storage areas and take out trash to the dumpsters.
