Medical Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Professional to join our team at Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, retention, and ongoing education and business reviews.
- Educate customers on the value of our diagnostics portfolio, ensuring better patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
- Monitor competitive services, pricing, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work with marketing and other sales teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with customers and create strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Support product launches and provide prompt resolutions and service to customers.
- Utilize CRM software to track data and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance (preferred).
- Team-oriented with a winning attitude and high adaptability.
- Highly competitive drive for results.
- Able to close and drive sales in a highly-competitive market.
- Challenger Sales mindset with a consultative approach.
- Strong passion for customer service and ability to understand client needs.
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and basic skills in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated success in medical provider groups, health systems, community health, or similar targets.
