Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care under minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and matching them with your competencies to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care for a group of patients assigned to you.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
  • Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support certification.
  • AHA ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Two years of experience in acute care, preferably in med/surg, telemetry, or ICU.
