As a Requirements Engineering Manager, you will lead the development of requirements for a program within our defense portfolio, from award through preliminary design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are met, and that the system is delivered on schedule and within budget.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in systems engineering, requirements analysis, and leadership. You should have experience with requirements management tools and be familiar with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering.
Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of requirements for a program within our defense portfolio
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are met

- Develop and maintain requirements documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
