Job Title: Registered Nurse, Medical, Weekend Only Work, Nights

At Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 4W Surgical Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to surgical patients, including orthopedic, plastics, and other specialties.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • BLS Certification.
