Senior Registered Nurse - Infusion

About the Role

The Senior Registered Nurse - Infusion will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients undergoing infusion therapy. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination
  • Manage patient medication refill requests and document relevant information
  • Facilitate consultations, pre-testing, and diagnostic tests or procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
  • RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Five years nursing experience
