Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree.
  • Proven experience working in an intensive care unit, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
