About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range estimated at $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. As an ICU Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients and their families.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop strategies for complex cases.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in critical care nursing, staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU nursing, with a focus on critical care and case management.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
