About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. Your expertise will help our patients overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, enabling them to return to their daily activities and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patients' independence and functional abilities.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
  • Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
