Crunch Fitness Sales Representative Job Description

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, touring new and potential members around the gym, making outbound calls to collect past due payments, greeting all members and guests, checking in members, answering phones, making sales calls, and assisting in maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Tour new and potential members around the gym to showcase our facilities and services
  • Make outbound calls to collect past due payments and resolve any issues
  • Greet all members and guests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Check in members, answer phones, and make sales calls to promote our services
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
Requirements:
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for health and fitness
  • Responsible and organized with excellent communication skills
  • CPR/AED certified and willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
  • Team-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing personality with a desire for personal growth and development
