Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, building value for new customers, and touring new or potential members.

The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit, an outgoing personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. They will also be flexible, a team player, and organized, with a desire for personal and professional growth and development.

As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving membership sales and building value for new customers
  • Touring new or potential members and generating leads through outreach initiatives
  • Collecting outstanding balances from current membership base
  • Greeting all members and guests with a smile and checking in members, answering phones, and making sales calls
  • Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and creating fun and engaging social media opportunities
