Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Requirements Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. This is a hybrid role that requires 1-2 times in-office work.

  • Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users.
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders regarding product status and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

An ideal candidate would have experience with SaaS workforce collaboration tools and strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute requirements gathering plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development.
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on product performance and future directions.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a requirements gathering role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
