Job Description

F Matuska Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Specialist to prepare and examine financial records for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record financial data
  • Verify the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Must have excellent bookkeeping skills including bank reconciliations, journal entries, data entry, payroll processing and payroll reports.
  • Fundamental knowledge of fund accounting is a plus
  • Experience with Sage 50 is a plus
  • Ability to present financial information to clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • 4+ years of experience
