To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A graduate degree from an approved school of professional nursing.
- At least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on palliative care.
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, or patient population-specific nursing is highly desirable.
- A minimum of one year of palliative care services experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning.
- A valid DEA license in the state where care is being provided.
- Certification by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization.
- Valid CPR certification.
- A reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum state required liability auto insurance.
The salary range for this position is $65.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
