Senior Sales Manager

At Calistoga Motor Lodge & Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups
  • Manage accounts and conduct site inspections
  • Solicit and generate business through direct sales and marketing contacts
  • Prepare and present effective proposals
  • Maintain well-organized documentation and reports
  • Utilize systems and coordinate customer service requirements
  • Participate in event meetings, sales, and other staff meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
