The Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa is a unique hotel inspired by the traditions of American road trips in the 1950s. Our hotel offers guests a warm and personal guest service, guest rooms, spa, unique guest activities, and restaurant, as well as the experience of our three mineral pools, which are naturally fed by Calistoga hot springs.

The Senior Sales Manager is a highly competent individual with experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. This role is responsible for selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, and soliciting and generating business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups
  • Managing accounts and conducting site inspections
  • Soliciting and generating business

The Senior Sales Manager will also participate in and may lead event meetings, sales, and other staff meetings. This role works closely with the sales and catering staff, the assigned Administrative Assistant, and other support staff.

This is an on-site sales role that requires a high level of sales and marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, be proficient in general computer knowledge, and have selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training.
