Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year



Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced CNA Coordinator to join our team. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our agency so patients can receive the care they need.



Responsibilities:



  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Process daily workflow
  • Assign clinician visits
  • Prepare interdisciplinary meetings
  • Manage and maintain office inventory and medical supplies
  • Support the clinical leader(s)

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need a heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care. We require a minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare setting, with scheduling and office manager experience preferred.
