Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of California
- 8 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
