Key Responsibilities- Deliver meals and retrieve meal trays, maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Utilize EPIC and VST systems to process patient menu requests and ensure accurate delivery of meals.
- Process between-meal nourishment orders and print instructions for kitchen staff.
- Follow department procedures for missed meal reports, alerting nursing staff as needed.
- May be asked to deliver or retrieve meal trays as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Valid Food Service Worker Permit from Monongalia County Health Department prior to starting employment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
