Elliott Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team in Milan, IL. As a key member of our paint and finish team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our aircraft.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply sealer and masks to aircraft surfaces in preparation for stripping, priming, and painting
  • Clean and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
  • Apply etch and anti-corrosion coatings to aircraft surfaces
  • Apply paint to aircraft interior and exterior surfaces
  • Polish and detail exterior paint
  • Fabricate stencils, mix paints, and apply stripes and insignias

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
  • Experience in auto or aircraft painting preferred
