Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a fun and engaging learning environment while maintaining high standards of education.
  • Hold a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential; an associate degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Maintain CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if necessary).
  • Complete Bloodborne Pathogen training prior to starting (training provided if needed).
  • Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to early childhood education.
  • Plan, organize, and execute educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
