About the Role:

The Nothing Bundt Cakes #192 Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for baking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to achieve productivity goals.
  • Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
  • Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders.
  • Ensure adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case.
  • Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
  • Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, and wash equipment as needed.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.
