  • Inventory Management: Oversees the movement of raw materials and finished goods between the production floor and shipping department, ensuring accuracy of product count.
  • Production Scheduling: Creates daily production schedules to ensure efficient production.
  • Product Inspection: Inspects components and raw materials during manufacturing for compliance with company and customer product specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for scheduled inspection of essential production equipment and works with maintenance teams to develop PM schedules and necessary repairs.
  • Reporting: Maintains Excel spreadsheets to track quality and productivity metrics.
  • Communication: Communicates effectively with manufacturing employees, supervisors, and managers.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years manufacturing industry experience.
  • 2+ years previous supervisory experience.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Basic math skills.
Physical Demands:
  • Able to occasionally carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Able to ambulate or stand eight hours a day.
  • Able to operate a pallet jack.
  • Manual dexterity to perform keyboard functions.
