About the Role:

The Parent Educator will work closely with families to promote healthy development, school readiness, and family well-being. This role involves coordinating and administering home visits to families participating in the All-Aboard Parents as Teachers Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized educational instruction and support to program families
  • Recruit and engage families in the program
  • Prepare and maintain accurate family home visit records
  • Evaluate the family's home learning environment
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement committees or activities as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
