- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes and services.
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant educational program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant.
- Two years of experience in an orthopedic office setting.
- Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
- Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and First Assist certification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
