As an Automotive Parts Consultant, you will:
  • Source and provide parts for specialized equipment catering to our fleet clientele.

  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ask relevant questions to ensure accurate parts research and sourcing.
  • Inform customers regarding parts availability.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Prior experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a strong willingness to learn about auto parts.
  • A High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening abilities and empathy towards customers.
  • The capability to work in a shop environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following will be advantageous:
  • A background or passion for the automotive industry, heavy machinery, agriculture, diesel, marine, or dealership operations.
  • Experience with airport ground support equipment.
  • Familiarity with cataloging, sourcing, or inventory management systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • ASE Certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate starts at $20 per hour.
