Preventive Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Metalworking Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a Preventive Maintenance Technician with Productivity Inc, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to customer locations to perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC metal-cutting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
- Identify and replace necessary parts, test functionality, and make adjustments as required.
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork and data entry within set deadlines.
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Willingsness to travel locally and stay overnight 4-6 times per month.
- A competitive salary range of $28-$35/hour, plus incentives.
- A full-time schedule, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime.
