Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team at Allen Industries Inc. As an Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our installers with customer installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist installers with performing customer installations according to plan
- Read and interpret blueprints and artwork
- Operate a boom truck, work out of baskets, lifts, scaffolding
- Climb ladders and perform work while on ladders
- Use and operate a wide variety of power tools, ranging from drills to jackhammers
- Perform electrode/arch welding
- Maintain awareness for installation issues and report to immediate supervisor
- Check product for completion and proper loading prior to leaving facility
- Perform quality checks to avoid rework on installations
- Assist installers with completing required documentation for each job site
- Participate in safety training and inspections
- General Expectations:
- Make travel arrangements as necessary
- Submit expenses at least weekly
- Schedule maintenance/repairs to company vehicle
- Attend meetings and conference calls as required
- MUST possess a valid United States Passport

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical school training or certification preferred
- Current driver's license and clean driving record; CDL preferred
- Sign industry experience
- Construction industry experience
- Advanced computer proficiency
- General construction methods
- Hand tools
- OSHA general industry standards
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Electrode/arc welding
