Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
  • Work approximately 4-5 days a week, with each shift lasting around 8 hours.
  • Engage with Kuppa Joy employees and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Adhere to the established delivery schedule.
  • Develop and implement organized and efficient preparation and packaging processes.
  • Ensure all products are stocked following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills in real-time situations.
  • Contribute actively to ongoing improvements within the team.
  • Assist with the receipt and organization of incoming orders as needed.
  • Accurately assemble and fill orders for delivery.
  • Be prepared to work early morning shifts.
  • Assist in kitchen operations on days without deliveries.

Specific Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Promote teamwork within the production department.
  • Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and forklift.

  • Superior organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

  • Flexibility to work full-time with a variable schedule, including early hours.
