CT Scanner Technologist

Job Summary

As a CT Scanner Technologist at Parkview Health, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and performing CT procedures in accordance with department policy and procedures. You will work together with physicians to perform a variety of specialized CT procedures, setting up and adjusting equipment to obtain diagnostic images. Your attention to detail and ability to position patients to obtain high-quality images will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing radiation protection to patients, technologists, and others in the area, utilizing personal protective equipment and guidelines as needed. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training, be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and licensed with the Indiana State Board of Health. Previous experience in CT or a similar role is preferred but not required.
