Job Overview

As a key member of our Commercial teams, you will play a critical role in driving transformation for our Transportation Segment. This role requires a high level of interaction with various global organizational functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the Continuous Improvement strategy and framework to support Transportation BUs.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts to drive process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements using lean and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ensure prioritized improvements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop process improvement standards and ensure compliance/governance.
  • Develop control plans to track outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading change initiatives across an organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean or other continuous improvement tools methodologies.
  • Ability to manage diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including knowledge of current business trends.
  • Knowledge of TE's business, products, and processes is helpful.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $145,680 – $218,520 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
