Treasury Manager Job Description

At Warren Equipment Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Treasury functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and maintaining compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Governance: Provide oversight and guidance on financial governance practices, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Cash Management: Manage daily cash activity, including incoming and outgoing transactions, and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Debt Management: Review and manage debt activity, including debt renewal calculations and cash forecasting.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review financial reports, including bank compliance reports, and ensure timely submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Treasury or accounting operations, with a focus on financial governance and compliance.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, database management, and human resource systems.
