Your Responsibilities:
With a designated roster of patients, you will deliver ongoing assessments and end-of-life nursing care in homes and skilled nursing facilities across various counties.
Qualifications:
Current Ohio RN nursing license and a minimum of one year of acute care or medical-surgical experience.
Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Reliable transportation (you will utilize your own vehicle), a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record are required.
