Job Description

Pereview Software is looking for a Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team and manage a book of clients throughout their entire journey, ensuring maximum value from our software solution through consultation and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS client success, relationship management, support, and project management, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client success role, preferably in the SaaS industry.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, identifying trends that need to be addressed within our business, and communicating those trends to Pereview leadership. The successful candidate will also bring best practices from clients and the industry to the entire client base.

A competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience, is offered, along with health, vision, and dental benefits, 401k with 4% company match, discretionary bonuses, and 3 weeks of discretionary time off annually.
