Job Summary

The Anne Carlsen Center is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, modifying, and coordinating respiratory treatment plans for individuals with cardiorespiratory system deficiencies and abnormalities.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and modify respiratory treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Conduct diagnostic respiratory testing to assess client needs
  • Work with nursing staff and physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and supplies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program
  • Current, unencumbered license from the State of North Dakota as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
  • BLS Certification
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of respiratory therapy experience
  • PALS Certification
  • Experience with respiratory equipment such as CPT, suction, pulse oximeters, ventilators, HFNC, heated/cool mists, cough assist, CPAP/Bilevel Oxygen analyzers, End tidal CO2 monitors, Bernoulli alarm system, concentrators, and nebulizers
