About the Assignment

We are currently seeking a skilled RN to join our team in Keystone, IA for a 26-week per diem assignment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams

Requirements

To be considered for this assignment, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience
  • Certification in BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS according to the specialty assigned
