We are currently seeking a skilled RN to join our team in Keystone, IA, for a 26-week per diem assignment. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in a Long Term Care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in a Long Term Care setting
  • BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications according to specialty assigned
