Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Summer Camp Coach to join our team at Saint Andrew's School. As a coach, you will lead a team of instructors and support staff to deliver an exceptional summer camp experience for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of instructors and support staff
  • Develop and implement coaching plans and strategies
  • Provide feedback and guidance to coaches and staff
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and improvement
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of coaching or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certified
