Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to residents and their families.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Provide support and guidance to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
