Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a challenging role in a production environment? We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician 2 in our Lawrence, KS location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues in production environment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components.
  • Provide support in areas of fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, pipefitting, and machining.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematic and drawings.
  • Work from oral and written instructions.
  • Understand and use manuals and catalogues when ordering parts.
  • Understand and comply with all parts ordering and issuing procedures.
  • Maintain adherence to company policy, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a production environment.
  • 5 years' maintenance experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent with additional training in mechanical or electrical technology.
