About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team as Clinical Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical operations of our dental practice and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a patient-centric team and assume clinical responsibility for all patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community through networking and professional associations
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
