Job Summary:

As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a patient-centric team while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals, as well as maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals

Requirements:
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
