Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily branch activities, ensuring adherence to credit union policies and procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Financial Performance: Evaluate and enhance branch financial outcomes, including achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and optimizing profitability.
  • Member Service: Cultivate a positive member experience by addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
  • Community Engagement: Act as a representative of the credit union within the community, fostering relationships with local businesses and organizations. Develop and execute strategies to enhance branch visibility and community participation.
  • Risk Management: Safeguard branch security, operational integrity, and compliance with all risk management protocols.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in branch management or a comparable leadership role within a financial services setting is preferred. Familiarity with credit union policies and procedures is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial management, sales techniques, and customer service. Capability to analyze and interpret financial data.
